      Horrible Expectations Create Stress

      Pros

      The company is growing, and they give people false hope that they will also grow here. Don't fall for it.

      Cons

      The company grew, and so did our workloads. We all put in extra hours and took on brutal, stressful, and exhausting workloads happily. We all wanted growth. But the leadership fooled us. We didn't get any appreciation or financial incentives, just more pressure. It was insane and ridiculous. These people aren't fair!

      Pros

      From my experience, there isn't any. It's absolutely frustrating how none of your hard work is ever rewarded here.

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth. Work environment is incredibly messy and chaotic, leadership is disorganized and have no idea what they're doing, management provided employees with zero support or guidance. You're just wasting your time here.

      The products was great, and the merch support was solid.

      Cons

      -The brand looked strong on the outside, but behind the scenes, it was cold, disconnected, and soulless. -Communication was scattered and messy, with no real direction and plenty of mixed signals. -Feedback was nonexistent, and any hope of growth or clarity was completely missing. -There was no support, no consistency, just noise, pressure, and frustration,
