Pros

The salary isn't that bad.

Cons

The management of Good Culture is full of immature and petty people. These people shouldn't be part of the leaderhship if they're too immature and close-minded. They're too egoistic to admit their mistakes, and they like to play the blame game and use the employees as scapegoats for their terrible decisions.

Pros

The product quality was something I could genuinely believe in

Cons

Instead of building a team-focused environment, they pitted employees against each other. Sharing ideas felt risky because coworkers would steal credit for them. It created a toxic setting where helping others meant falling behind yourself. I started out excited to represent the brand and ended up completely disillusioned.

Pros

The company is doing fine, but the good things don't trickle down to the employees.

Cons

Good Culture ironically has a terrible company culture. We have a self-centered and unappreciative leadership here that doesn't recognize the efforts made by the employees. Our supervisors praise themselves for good results that are due to employees' hard work, and they never show appreciation toward employees.
