      The business is doing really well

      Cons

      1) Leadership doesn't recognize the talent driving the results. Revenue has doubled last year, yet wages and promotions are subpar. Leadership thinks everyone is very replaceable. 2) The leadership team does not live the brand values. 3) As the company grows you will be expected to do more. The company does not staff up as they are trying to make their numbers look good for an acquisition. 4) Expect to work your butt off with no thanks or recognition.

      Horrible Expectations Create Stress

      Pros

      The company is growing, and they give people false hope that they will also grow here. Don't fall for it.

      Cons

      The company grew, and so did our workloads. We all put in extra hours and took on brutal, stressful, and exhausting workloads happily. We all wanted growth. But the leadership fooled us. We didn't get any appreciation or financial incentives, just more pressure. It was insane and ridiculous. These people aren't fair!
