Amazing people. Supportive management. Hard but fun work. Exciting time to be in the business. Lots of growth - and room to grow. Health insurance.

Cons

No 401-k or any kind of retirement savings offering. The company is still young, so I expect benefits to get better as we grow. We have a great upper management team, but it mostly consists of white men. Would love to see more diversity from our execs.
