Literally none. Glassdoor requires 5 words here but there is no pro to it other than being able to say you're employed.

Cons

- toxic management - high stress environment - entire lack of caring about physical and mental safety of employees - entire lack of caring about state regulations - management will try to bully you into breaking state cannabis laws - you may want to kill yourself while working here - many people walk out and if you try to put in a 2 week notice they release you on the spot

Fast growing company. Much room for growth if you’re working directly with dispensaries. Great support with the right people.

Cons

Too many Chiefs not enough Indians. Poor management in accounting department. They don’t care about the people just the numbers. Self involved people in key positions otherwise you’re overworked and it’s never good enough. They underpay according to industry standards.
