Pros

Majority of staff is nice. Work is easy.

Cons

Company hires and fires as needed. Zero job security. No loyalty or consideration for workers. High turnover. No work life balance. Takes advantage of workers and does not provide adequate compensation. Intimidation tactics are employed to silence workers when others are terminated without cause or notice for fear of facing same fate. Lead positions are just low skill level workers with imagined power and importance who the company takes further advantage of by requiring extended hours and added job responsibilities. Sneaky spy tactics and backstabbing employed to keep workers in line. It’s all about making the most money possible no matter what and no matter how. Everyone is expendable.

Pros

Extremely inclusive, LGBT+ friendly, feminist ethics. Excellent professional facilities. Friendly people. I loved the people in general.

Cons

Terrible organization of information, impossible to onboard without numerous issues you'll be blamed for. Extremely unbalance work/life ratio as evidenced by the massive turnover. The revolving doors to the building entrance are so literal.

Pros

The work itself was fun and my team was awesome

Cons

Working Conditions were downright dangerous with fire exits blocked, pallets of product lining the hallways and stacked way too high, storage room shelves not effectively bolted to the ground, and the sheer amount of mold, kief, and chemicals in the air. Cultivation team members have been trapped in grow rooms due to the amount of product stored haphazardly around and numerous people have had their hands crushed by carts of heavy product. They will disregard compliance rules and regulations if it means they can turn a quicker profit. Everyone is severely underpaid and underappreciated. Attendance policies are inhumane. Don't waste your time and energy here.
