Misleading. Poor district managers

Pros

Tyus is not very smart and can intimidate easily.

Cons

Management Will lay you off without warning. Promise you a starting figure then when you give notice offer you the lowest of offer.

Pros

Most of the employees and field staff are nice to work with. There is a laid back feel to the office.

Cons

The company is going downhill fast. There is no new business and there is high turnover. The one area that needs the most improvement is not making any progress.
