Hands down- the worst company I have ever worked for.

Pros

The only pro to working at GoodCents was thaty check was direct deposited.

Cons

The mamagement team has no clue as to how to run a business and they could care less about their employees. I was promised a one dollar increase per year for the first four years. Aftet being there for four years, my pay increases have yet to break the one dollar mark and I am, according to my direct supervisor, one of the best techs.

great pay and i love the job, what i do makes me feel good about the day but here comes my boss to make me go crazy

Cons

bad boss and co workers love to gossip about each other for advancement but there is none, sad to say

Pros

The location of the office is near a cool mall.

Cons

Old school - there are people employed there that copy data from books written in the 90's for RFPs No transparency. Lack of forward looking leadership Mid manager heavy Not interested in advancing their techniques Good ole boy attitude (southern power company mindset)
