Pros

Company is in a huge growth mode, allowing for rewards and advancement for employees who are driven to succeed. If you are proactive about being part of solution you will thrive with this company. The company recognizes and rewards employees based on team work and individual effort. They are very apt to give responsibility to new team members. They promote within - if your capable and have proven yourself. They foster an own it and improve it workplace.

Cons

Not so much a con but this is a fast paced environment - You need to be used to being at the top of your game and must be very comfortable working under a deadline driven atmosphere. The pace is fast, and for some this is not the place to camp out and coast.

Great industry, lots of work and lots of potential, future business. Certain individuals are very dedicated and hard workers. Although, an established firm, because company is in growth mode, feels like a young organization, which can make it exciting.

Cons

Needs more organizational cohesion and strategic focus. Too much emphasis on data gathering, little on results that make a meaningful business impact.
