Pros
I have never felt more valued as an employee as I do at Goodway. Working from home is an amazing perk and although I was originally worried about building relationships with co-workers while not sharing office space, it was completely unfounded. I am closer to my co-workers who live hundreds of miles away than I was to people who sat 3 feet away from me for years at my previous company. The level of support, encouragement and recognition for good work is unprecedented and invaluable. There really are not adequate words for how I feel about my Goodway family - and it truly is a family.
Cons
As in all growing families there will be growing pains but as much as that may seem like a Con, Goodway still manages to turn it into a Pro by truly listening and responding to their employees. (and right now, those growing pains are the only con I could come up with!)
