Pros

Associates, Customers - the only part about this job thats helps make it a 1 star company.

Cons

Horrible HR services and Upper management has no clue how to run a business and doesn't treat their employees with any kind of respect. If you sit down with anyone in management they all have something negative to say about someone else in the company. The turn over rate is ridiculous because of poor management or lack there of. No room for improvement, the pay is terrible for the type of work the associates do. Quotas are too high and process/expectations aren't properly being taught.

Pros

Great place to work lots of opportunity for growth, helped me become independent and comfortable in many different situations. So young feel like I've experienced great things that have made me a solid and well rounded member of management.

Cons

Training unfortunately with any non-profit will all be hands on which in terms will lead you to learn more from your mistakes than from training the key to making here is to never feel discouraged when making your mistakes and take them as what they are, a learning experience.

Pros

Fun work environment, opportunities for advancement

Cons

This is a very money hungry company, pay is not competitive , and I feel that the company doesn't take good enough care of its employees. I feel like Goodwill has lost its sense of direction with helping people and how to care for its employees. They are always pushing the prices up as high as they possibly can. People in need as well as everyone else that shops Goodwill, are slowly starting to discontinue shopping with the company and going elsewhere. This is not helping company sales which is leading to employees not getting annual raises, among other things. They greedily spend money on non necessary things when that money could go towards more important and necessary things.
