Pros

Taking items that would be put in a landfill and reselling them for a profit.

Cons

No quality of life, constant misdirection, no adherence to company policies, 60-70 hour workweek, next to impossible to take time off unless you apply for short term disability.

Friendly associates. Good quality of merchandise on sales floor. Good benefits. Fast pace environment. Career advancement.

Cons

Schedule conflict with family events. Not organized, very clutter. Responsibility and Pay doesn't match.
