Pros

Good pay and guarantee hours for the most part Enjoy the thought of working towards something geared to helping other people

Cons

High staff turnover As management you are not backed up very well. If you do not make sales after so long you are wrote up. Most managers are currently wrote up over sales. Budgets are high and stores across the board are not making their sales but the solution is to just yell at managers more instead of actually trying to fix the problem

Pros

The acquirement of vacation time was nice. Medical benefits were affordable, and offered wonderful coverage. You will enjoy the learning the aspects of what no to do in business.

Cons

Plan on being a brown nosed individual if you plan to achieve any type of promotion. I understand that certain personalities tend to gravitate towards each other, but to reward employees who are unable to perform basic tasks in the workplace is beyond me. The irony of it all is that the brown nosed individuals would later be terminated because they were unable to deliver the results that upper management demanded. Yet, upper management never understood why the individuals they selected for promotion could never deliver.
