      You help people back re-establish themselves during a difficult time period. You meet some people who care about helping the less fortunate and homeless. Flexible days.

      Cons

      Very poor HR support. HR is indifferent to the concerns of employees and it shows. Expensive healthcare for families. No sick days afforded. Only Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays are paid. Very inconsistent holiday calendar based on location. Some employees get certain holidays off while others work (not paid holiday pay or OT pay for those days by the way.) Company inconsistent with honoring PTO if planning resignation. OT/PTO rule is inconsistent. Easy job and good group of co-workers, but not a
