no money, management is a joke, transportation dept is a joke the director is a joke.

I found that Goodwill way underpaid their employees and was a very stressful place to work

Pros

I worked in transportation and found that the best thing about Goodwill was that there were some really good people that were working there.

Cons

Low pay, hard work, management was very oppressive, management was continuously provoking employees. I believe something bad is going to happen unless something changes.
