Pros

Ability to learn new information on antiques or vintage items

Cons

No formal training, you are started off sitting with an employee and taught how to list items on the website, however, each lister posts information differently making each new person learn differently from one person to the next. Management does not care about you, only your ability to reach the listing goal and if you are not up to par at meeting the goal you will not receive any training or help, you will be terminated, unless you know the manager personally out side of work. Mental illness is seen as a complication and it will be held against you, the management WILL NOT understand or care. No opportunity for raises, only the ability to reach "Incentive Pay", which will be made harder to obtain if you do achieve it. Policies will be made and enforced one week only to be completely forgotten the next.

Pros

Flexible start time, OT (optional), Pretend smiles and Faux kindness. The program participants are really sweet and a huge part of the mission.

Cons

Totalitarian type management. They bring fear within their employees to produce or they will get fired. Promote and provoke employees to "tattle" on each other if something doesn't seem right. It's a very juvenile environment, maturity is encouraged, yet frowned upon with colleagues. Competence is a rarity. Employees will use anything you say (read between the lines) and use it against you. Your wholesome personality is deemed because some of your employees may feel that your a threat. Did i mention Management is a dictatorship? Super hypersensitive with everything. You ABSOLUTELY need to watch what you say at all hours. If you don't say anything at all, your have a bad attitude. Unrealistic goals. They're far more worried about their numbers and making bonus. Oh and your underpaid. and the list goes on.... Take this with a grain of salt. My experience was awful, however, it may be a better experience for someone who likes to be micro managed. :)

Pros

Nice and understanding people. Family oriented. Easy going crew. Good benefits. Good place to work, especially for people needed a fresh start after having some negative life choices, which look bad on their resumes. I know some folks have bad mouthed this company, I think because they have been given a chance when live has been cruel, that they will be carried by the system. That is not the case, you get out what you put in and more.

Cons

Some of the upper managers will tell you what you think you want to hear to keep you happy.
