None the company SUCKS seriously

Cons

Management sit around don’t help , management sit in the back smoking cigarettes all day long , expect us to put racks out but it would be only 2 of us working with 15 racks that needs to be done before the shift ends

Pays decently for the region. Has important job search assistance for public/community.

Cons

Unprincipled CEO (& Mgmt). Company needs to operate honestly and mentor mgmt with ethics. Need for honesty & transparency around social programs. Great need for fairness/equality/compassion towards its employees. In short, get a new CEO.
