Pros

I'm a people person I enjoy assisting and helping customers... I work in sales before I manage and ran my own store back in Indiana..

Cons

I do not care for they set up and the way things I ran also the pay is not enough... One of the managers can be very unprofessional in the way of handling employees..

Pros

Easy work and friendly customers for the most part. Pay wasn't bad for what you do.

Cons

Co-workers were cool people but lazy. The store manager was completely useless. She never wanted to help out if you were overwhelmed with work and the same rules around the store that applies to everyone doesn't apply to her. Hypocritical.

Accrued vacation/sick pay. The two assistant managers

Cons

Favoritism, harassing and condescending/unprofessional comments by other supervisors. Lack of help by the manager when needed. Leads and favorites not required to adhere to company policies.
