Satisfying job working for an organization that does so much for local community. Working with great people.

Cons

One of the cons would be the low pay.. Also having to deal with people who try to donate junk just because they don't want to pay for deposing it. Very sad.. Very old tv's, broken computers etc..

good insurance and reasonable schedule, if you have other commitments, goodwill gives you flexible options, goodwill also is very good about boosting moral with employee lunch gatherings and other activities to get people together

Cons

pay is crap for the work your asked to do, the company claims "not for profit" status but makes millions a year, lots of gossip and backstabbing all around, please stay far away from this place if you know what is good for you, I was a good employee (team member) and I was treated very unfair by upper management because I stuck to my principals (within the boundaries of my job description and not braking any policies/rules), during my three years there, I only got a .25 cent raise

Its very stressfull hard work and the management treats you like a slave when you get a day off your so wore out you cant get anything done
