Pros

They paid a little over minimum wage, fellow employees were nice.

Cons

The corporate people fire a lot of management all the time, from Store Managers to District Managers. The store I was at hasn't even been open 2 years yet and they are on manager number 7. When the manager got fired, 9 people left including the assistant manager and the team leader. You never know if you're still going to have a job when you go in to work. The CEO's expectations are ridiculous and she should have to go into the stores and actually do the work.

Pros

The work is easy and you get to see merchandise before it hits the floor

Cons

1. We're not allowed shop at our own store, which I think is a stupid rule because it would increase profit. 2. We're not allowed to accept tips for our hard work (if we do we're told to turn it in to the store of face termination) 3. No employee appreciation, Store manager receives a bonus check if the store does well while the employees get rapid reward (goodwill money) which is only worth 50¢ on the dollar 4. Store managers overwork us to assure that goals are met so that they get their bonus check We barely make ends meat and the ceo is paid $400,000 a year
