Goodwill Corporate has no idea which end is up. They flooded my store with new goods (hundreds or even thousands of pieces to count in every day) to the point that there's hardly any room for donated things. You're not allowed to hold anything ever (this is what I got fired for after TWO YEARS during which I covered tons of extra shifts for people. My store manager didn't want to fire me but Corporate forced her to. People have gotten fired for buying things on their days off when the items hadn't been on the sales floor for 3 hours. Very, very stressful and for minimum wage. What made this all so difficult is that left alone to do my job, I really enjoyed it, but Corporate has to screw everything up. They treat the managers like crap, and bawl them out for things like being $20 below the daily sales goal.
