Great healthcare and dental care if you're full time. Awesome benefits besides that: You can take out loans with them will basically 0% interest (once per year, up to $250). They really care about their employees, when my mom's house burnt down, they gave her a big gift card, even though I didn't live with her. They really do help the community, they have programs to train you for job skills, english as a second language classes, citizenship classes, and the list goes on. This is the only company I have ever worked for that I would actually suggest people work for; Ive worked for 7 different corporations. It's hard to get fired, they make allowances for people with disabilities more than I've seen anywhere else. The team atmosphere is really healthy.
