Pros

Flexibility but sometimes they don't care about what days you specified you could/n't work.

Cons

Cashiers is only a Part-Time role. Nobody cares about the sales floor, it's all about sales versus cleanliness. Someone gets molested? Screw the 5 something cameras we have despite it also happening in the same day. Can't help you! Someone threatened you and was a member if management? YOU have to fill out a form saying you were being disrespectful and they get to stay. Woohoo! What about theft? Sounds like a personal issue even if you labeled it. Free range stuff! Unless a customer claims their wallet was stolen. Let's help them instantly. We only use cameras when it benefits us, the company. Whenever you want to act as a team and communicate, we are going to scold you.

Pros

Management works well your schedules and lots of room to socialize. You get occasional tips from donors.

Cons

To start, I'm not trying to hate on the store or anything. But these things must be said. I hope you guys are NR are reading this. The first con is that you are constantly going to be moving and sweating all day long. You leave work feeling sticky and dirty for 11 dollars an hour, which is the same as everyone else. When it gets busy and there are no DA's on because they all like to call off, then you are going to constantly unloading bins in the heat which strains your muscles and wears you out completely. Are the managers even aware of how tiring this position can me? Give us more money. The management team told us to not accept walk ups and they have a sign outside that says "No dumping under penalty of law." We cannot do anything if a person decides to walk with their donations, so why enforce it? No dumping? there is no "penalty of law." because Every morning there are loads of crap outside.
