Pros

The people I worked with made everyday fun and worth staying there all day. The work was fun for me, I enjoyed the actual job itself.

Cons

They don’t do anything for their employees!!! You have to qualify for any of their bogus programs that they spend all this money on to “help” their employees. Yet, when you apply for these programs they have THE NERVE to tell us all we don’t make enough money!!! Are you kidding me?! Their the ones paying us so low at $9.00 an hour! They have the audacity to hand out PENNY raises 😂 which is a total slap in the face. Upper management and supervisors are a joke, very immature and all about their “groups”. I was very disappointed, I really wanted to stay there, get paid for what I’m actually worth, get raises when I do good and be appreciated. You will NEVER get that with Goodwill.

Pros

Hours are flexible, after 9 your home.

Cons

They pay the minimum wage. There is never enough workers cuz everyone is always leaving and the ones that stay end up doing the work of five, management is always pressuring the workers, they don’t respect their employees.
