Pros

It is very rewarding working with the population that I worked with.

Cons

Poor communication. Although all positions in my department required a 4 year degree or better, employees were not treated with professional courtesy. Literally everyone in my department has either already left or is looking for a job- except one.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at good will are to, learn self control, practice patients, develop people skills and appreciate your days off.

Cons

Goodwill is designed to break a person down, not build them up. It is the most humiliating job I have ever had, rules and regulations are not enforced, everyone eventually is going to be abused in one form or another, if not from management from coworkers. Scare tactics are used to threaten your job. Backstabbing and rumors run ramped among coworkers.

Pros

You have a lot of time to yourself.

Cons

Everyone is an idiot. I am constantly asking myself is this a joke? You work a lot and the pay is better at McDonalds.
