Awful place to work

Pros

It was close to home, career center

Cons

Too many to count, embarrassingly low wages, disorganized, horrible management, disgusting customers (some "donated" their trash) hell it's not even a nonprofit organization

Pros

Get to meet all different sorts of people (including a few you'd probably never encounter otherwise) Great place to hone your people skills Supportive and adaptable coworkers

Cons

Never enough resources to do a job properly. But that's part of being a non-profit, I guess. Rely heavily on volunteers for many programs, so getting paid to work there is going to be pretty tough

Pros

Very few other than meeting some wonderful co workers

Cons

Company does not follow their mission statement. Goodwill Great Lakes the worse. Unless you are ex military or you have a disability that they can display with pats on their backs you are first to go.
