Pros

Very green company. They salvage everything to get recycled for money. Many opportunities to move up. Discounts vary between regions. It's nice to get an eye on things first before customers get to them. However, you cannot touch anything until you are off the clock before or after your shift.

Cons

I wish the company came together as one instead of being split into regions.

Pros

Reasonable pay but you must be confident and know your worth.

Cons

Contract work, which is not necessarily a con depending on individual situation.

Pros

It was a pleasure to provide services to others needing help. Goodwill has dedicated employees in their Employment Programs and should be commended for their hard work.

Cons

Too much work for one person after so many administrative functions were added.
