Pros

It was steady employment with a regular paycheck. I did enjoy interacting with the donors and working alone without constant supervision.

Cons

I did not enjoy working long, twelve hour shifts, outdoors in all types of weather. Also, I received no assistance on very busy days when I requested it. The pay was low, $8.75/hr. I was not allowed to keep tips.

Pros

The company will just about hire anybody. So if you're in a pinch to get a job because nobody else will hire you, this is the place to go.

Cons

The company will hire just about anybody, so you might have an imbecile for a supervisor or manager.

Pros

I love helping the customers get great deals and getting to know them as regulars is very rewarding in it self.

Cons

We need a bigger store so we can send out more merchandise for the public to find more of their everyday bargains!
