Pros

-Awesome benefits: up to $5000 in tuition reimbursement, free expungement clinics, if you have their health insurance you and get up to $500 (maybe more) in dental work with good smiles, they have a card to work program where they help you with a down payment on a car and help you budget to make car payments. - Good community of people who want to help you and the community -Incentive raises once a year, the opportunity to certify in certain areas that give you an extra $0.25 on the hour

Cons

-Over worked and under paid. In my experience you don’t get compensated enough for how much you have to work. Sometimes you get disgusting things in (covered in bodily fluids or filth, sometimes people’s literal trash) -Very production heavy. Sometimes you have to work and work to make numbers even if you don’t have the staff to do so. They ask alot out of the people that work there to produce more than they are actually capable of in an 8 hour shift. -Their point system doesn’t align with their mission. They have a 7 point system (.5 point for showing up late/leaving early, 1 point for missing a whole shift). Your points don’t drop until a year after you received them. Your absences aren’t excused by doctors notes. For those who are chronically ill this can be detrimental. -There are a lot of hoops you have to go through in order to certify and they can take your certification away from you at any point
