Management- Outdated policies and procedures. They don't support or promote the respect of their own workforce. If you have an issue with getting your work done good luck finding help. You can only go to your direct manager and if they can't help or won't well then you're screwed. This is NOT a flat structure. This is why most people really don't care about the mission or are inspired because Management does care about them,
