They have a admirable vision and mission to give every person in Las Vegas who wants a job the skills, abilities, and opportunity for a job.

Cons

My experience was very poor. I interacted with someone in HR whose style was tyrannical and abusive. I didn't have a voice and listening wasn't in this leaders' vocabulary or persona. They have lots of turnover in HR and I was thrown into an HR role due to turnover with little to no support or guidance.

Only good to get your foot in the door.

Cons

Don't be an idiot and work there for more than a year. Insulting pay range. People leave after 6 months for 2x the pay like I did. Horrendous work load. Data analyst managers are very weird and have no soft skills. Even the interview was very awkward and I knew it was going to be a crappy job.

I started as a cashier but thankfully was able to move around within the store. I find myself putting the donations on the shelves, re-hanging clothing, or working at the door taking the donations. I like this type of work because then i wont get bored just standing at the register.

Cons

During my interview, I was told that one of their polices was that they could not sell any item without a tag. I questioned the statement about this policy but got no good answer back. After the first month of working, i noticed that at least once a week i would have to call a manager to address this problem with customers. Causing the line to backup and people to complain. I have only worked this job part time but I don't think i could work it full-time. Though, sometimes management would make an exception with what they sell and make the cashier look like the one in the wrong. I don't believe its intentional but it would be nice for them to make a more formal rule of when they can sell items without tags.
