Pros

variety of items found when digging through old donations and hanging up clothes. You definitely get a full arm/shoulder workout. If you get a bonus, it is a pizza slice. Good place for a 2nd chance after incarceration.

Cons

Unboxing and sorting all the new items from overseas. A typical day at work goal at Triad Goodwill of Greensboro NC was increasing production and revenue. Hourly workers are very very rarely given promotions. After 10 years of working, pay was $15/hr. If you do try to work there- keep your head down and keep moving and don’t plan to stay long.
