Good flexibility, poor management

Pros

Goodwill allows a lot of flexibility with schedules, hours, and request offs and PTO. There is also a lot of room to grow and many opportunities to be cross-trained.

Cons

Unfortunately, the turnover rate is so high and the employees get the short end of the stick because of it. There will be times where you work 11 days in a row with no day off, 12-14 hour days, and the pay is not worth it. When closing, your schedule may also say you get off at 9 or 10pm but you really won’t leave until everything is done. Goodwill does not seem to value their employees and tends to take advantage of them.
