It's steady, fun easy going environment, and definitely engaging! Creativity goes a long way here :]

Cons

If your a part timer, hours can fluctuate dramatically from 30 to 14 hours in a week! And as management you will do quite a bit of overtime at time to compensate..

Good co workers (non management)

Cons

Paid 50 cents more than regular associates. Expected to do a lot of tasks. Other managers wouldn't. Overwhelming amount of donations to process. Lack of of man power though. Unrealistic expectations.
