flexible, managers are very lenient, and decent pay.

Cons

hard to obtain more hours, customers don't know how to use a toilet.

Min wage slave labor , mentally ill people doing hard physical labor , no benefits because only part time is given

Pros

At many locations you can easily take what you want. They hire all kinds of people, felons, drug addicts.

Cons

Working with incompetent staff and management. Complete lack of communication. Stores are a complete mess and lack effective management, creates a stressful environment. Most stores ignore safety codes making it a dangerous workplace.
