Great place to start off an associate...but you can only if stay if you are a white male.
Pros
More organized than other firms as far as maintaining model documents that people can use to start off with when working on assignments. Great pay.
Cons
Very snooty atmosphere where most of the the people up top went to some expensive law school like Boston College and still behave like their cliquey frat boy selves from 20 years ago. Very much like a good ol’ boys club where white male associates get their pick of work while more diverse employees (like women) get the scraps (like look for commas and periods and send mail) if there’s any left. At the end of the year if you don’t get enough hours they’ll just fire you and they make it seem like it’s your fault even though they’re the ones who don’t give you the work no matter how much you ask.
