Just about everything is a con with working for Goodyear. They expect so much but compensate so poorly. They expect techs to be on call 24/7 for $16 an hour LMAO what a joke. not to mention management. Management is a bunch of idiots who have no management training and don't know how to run a business. sure they know how to run the shop but that's about it, keep them in the shop. My experience at the poor company was so bad I will not even think about buying goodyear tires for any vehicle and advise friends and family to do the same. they are surviving off their name and brand recognition and that's about it. this company would fail if started today. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. Terrible from the bottom up!
