      Good salary and reasonable benefits in a 2nd tier industry; higher than the comparable tire industry jobs

      Cons

      Claims to be operating in new management environment, but still behaves like its 1978 in many cases, Success is dependent on the manager that you work for and Goodyear is constantly hiring the new Global leader....good luck.

      Pros

      great work enviroment, great for start in automotive repair and service, good hours, flexible schedule as far as days off.

      Cons

      too much work very little pay, they expect too much for the money, you will never in your entire life working there get not even half an hour of overtime, as a general service employee you must know you do not get any benefits such as vacation, holiday pay, sick time, or personal days. and if day is slow you will most likely get sent home!
