Great money once you hit full pay. When I started it took 1 year. But then it went to 30 months. They match what you put into 401k. Making that much money, its easy to get the best medical plan and other things that they provide. 7 day breaks once a month.

Cons

Jobs are touch. I ran 17-2000 row. Anyone who knows the plant knows its hard work. But the money is worth it, if you can hang in there long enough to get it. Long hours. Depending on your job, you become so tired at work, that your days off, you sometimes just want to sleep.

Positive brand recognition helps with getting customers to talk and want to buy product. Well established history excites people and gets them to talk about products.

Cons

Sales is a very competitive job and when markets change, goals and expectations should too. Goals should be flexible to account for poor market conditions or loss of customers do to unforeseen complications.

The main pros are the other people you work with and the customers.

Cons

The pressures are great in this company. The district manager micro manages from his laptop. Daily and sometimes hourly he will send messages and expect a response regardless of how busy at the store level. Pay is very low and you are scheduled 48 hours a week in management. Even with the overtime it is a paycheck to paycheck struggle here.
