      Pros

      World class company with great pay and great benefits. Interesting business, with global opportunites. High performance work environment, you will learn what you are made of.

      Cons

      Hot and dirty work environment. Unrealistic expectations and way too many levels of leadership. Also, with so many leaders no one seems to understand the importance of honest communication. Cut throat political environment. Terrible relationship with union.

      Pros

      Good family benefits and group life insurance offered to full time employees.

      Cons

      Very Very Very hard on your body. 20 inch rims come on most trucks now and they are difficult to work with. TPMS sensors are the worst things in the world. We rebuild these things and it takes 3 times longer to put new tires on a vehicle that has these tire pressure monitors. Your asked to do jobs that gmt techs are not supposed to do. It is serious grunt work and they are open like 363 days a year. COME ON! Say bye bye to your weekends with your family....

      Pros

      Co workers are open and helpful specially to new employees and the environment is as laid back as it can be compared to previouse companies I worked for.....

      Cons

      Initial salary offers was good but subsequent increases is below par and will not keep up with 3%inflation if you are average performer I think ....and so in reality you will be earning less as the years pass by.
