Pros

Having a great store manager is a real plus and has passed on a lot of experience and knowledge to be successful at Goodyear. The health benefits are relatively inexpensive and incentive programs are in place to make extra bonuses.

Cons

Unrealistic processes given by DM, which adds more and more tasks to the sales team and reduces our efficiency to do what we do best...SELL. Pay is competitive at entry, but raises are small and rarely given.

A Long Unsure Journey

Pros

The pay and insurance are the upsides. When times are good overtime is abundant. But without discipline you can ruin your body in a matter of years.

Cons

Working too much overtime can put a stress on the family. Divorce rates are high. Cancers and respiratory problems are common in Goodyear. There are stressful situations with any job so patience and erring on the side of caution is helpful.
