      Pros

      Decent pay for call center work and the benefits were good.

      Cons

      There is zero value placed on you as an hourly employee. If you were over 25 and a male, be prepared to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, and if you wanted advancement you might get to be a supervisor on third shift.

      horrific hours, poor management, lack of communication, attitude of coworkers, old habits, unprofessional, closed 3 days a year, promotes underachievement!!!!!!!!

      health benefits are reasonably cheap, each day is different, relatively flexible schedule, can save a lot of money on car repairs

      Cons

      management is expected to be at the store evey hour you're open, severe micromanagement, mystery "corporate expences" charged to the store reducing the stores profit and therefore the stores managers bonus
