      Pros

      Great environment with lots of smart people. Everyone is up to date with the latest technology so I am constantly learning and being pushed to be better every day. You get what you put in.

      Pros

      goPuff's collaborative start up culture and value-driven environment make it a unique and truly rewarding workplace. The executive team makes an effort to make all employee's feel like an integral part of the "family". goPuff also has a great open atmosphere and a lot of room for growth for every employee at any capacity.

      Cons

      Its a start up so the environment isn't for everyone. I wouldn't necessarily consider this a con though. Instead, its just something to be aware of if you are uncomfortable with autonomy, accountability, and responsibility.

      Great coworkers, fun environment, always learning something new

      Cons

      Not much, expectations are high. Can be stressful for those that aren't used to it.
