      Easy interview and easy job

      Cons

      The app often broke down and plenty times we did not have answer for customers and could not escalate calls always had to redirect to an email for different departments that you may or may NOT get a response back.

      Gopuff is a great place to learn for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to move quickly and learn on the fly.

      Gopuff is not for everyone and requires a level of fortitude to withstand the challenges of navigating internal dynamics.

      Pros

      Maternity leave was like 20 weeks. It was amazing. When I got there it was really chill

      Cons

      They kept changing policies overnight and not telling people. I’d do something the usual way then get told after the fact that the procedure had been changed. Eventually they moved the customer service department to the Philippines
