      Work alone Some downtime Discounts Can listen to music Nothing else.

      Low pay No advancement Sudden hour changes Fails to hold management accountable Not inclusive and diverse as they make it Having to receive 3-4 trucks by yourself Having cameras doesn’t make it “secure”

      Avoid wasting your time- CEOs are BAD

      - For awhile they had great new hires who were smart and driven, unfortunately most of them aren’t there anymore -Cool partnerships

      Cons

      -The Merchandising teams had TERRIBLE leaders. No collaboration, fear tactics, slow and archaic. - CEOs are more focused on playing on their yachts than letting people who are smarter than them do their jobs. Pacing toward an IPO when the business is NOT doing well. - becoming more cutthroat and mean to brands, focused on the Krafts of the world and cuttin the local guys.

      Great people at the lower levels! Unfortunately the senior management/founders did not know how to properly design an organization to leverage this talent.

      Very disorganized corporate functions. Lack of clear roles and responsibilities. Considerable overlap in certain business functions
