Pros

The company has grown over the last forty years (founded in 1977) and continues to focus on the future (product development and product extensions). The treatment of employees and the culture in the organization is awesome...welcoming and one that recognizes the achievements of individuals and teams.

Cons

None. Great work environment with a focus on employees and growth.

Pros

Love working at Gorbel and having the opportunity to constantly grow and learn new things. There is constant improvements being made and the company is heading in the right direction.

Cons

There are many manual processes and too many steps to getting things approved. Pull back the reigns and allow for enablement.

Pros

The people are fantastic, the company puts a high value on integrity and doing the right thing and it shows in the people who stay here, the management team is great about communicating what's going on - good and bad - and what the plan is for the future, beautiful newly renovated buildings, lots of company sponsored social activities, the owner is very genuine and down to earth and you can tell he really cares about the people who work for him

Cons

Change takes a while, opportunities for advancement were few and far between (though this seems to have changed drastically over the past year), there's no work from home policy, still has a dress code for office people.
