It is such a pleasure to work at a growing healthy company in terms of sales and products. As long as you perform well, care about the customer, and help and respect your co-workers, you can have a job here for a long long time. Even though upward mobility is not always possible in the short term, there are a ton of ways to learn and grow and make a difference within your current job. Employee input is very valued and I feel safe and appreciated asking questions and giving my opinions.
