Integrity is paramount and employees have the ability to express their opinions/findings freely. Employees are encouraged to propose improvements and/or innovations. All members of upper management are reachable and open to feedback. Financials are available and communicated to employees on a regular basis. The company is privately held and family-run so shareholders are not driving the decision-making. Much more transparency versus a large corporation. Above-average health benefits for the area, 401K plan is advantageous. This is a fun company to work for with many social and fundraising events.
Cons
Limited opportunities for advancements (but room to grow). Paid time off benefits and flexible work arrangements are lackluster, but hours are reasonable.
