Pros

Been with the Reh Family for over 25 years! They are always trying to do better in their processes and their products. Nice to work for a company that is looking forward to their customer's future and their future by adding new products that compliment existing ones. Always looking for new talent that adds forward thinking to the current Reh family.

Cons

Seems like we outgrow our buildings too fast.
