      Pros

      Wide variety of projects to work on. Generous salary and benefits. That's about all I can say that is good.

      Cons

      Severe work load and laughable training. Co-workers are too busy with their crushing workload to offer assistance. Upper management only cares about sales quotas and pushing the revenue stream without realizing there are only 25 hours in a day... The sales team will claim your bonus at the end of the year, since they "did all the work" in landing the client...

      * Great People- a committed and knowledgeable group of professionals who generally like their work * Growth- its fun to work in a rapidly growing firm * Willing to Invest in growth * Few Competitors

      Cons

      Like a teen who's growing too fast, there isn't the organizational infrastructure and culture to keep the employees informed, motivated, coached and fairly compensated..

      Pros

      They had a decent benefit plan at my time of employment, not sure if that is still true. Casual dress code.

      Cons

      Lack of direction by the senior management team, there is a lack of downward communication and mentoring. They claim to invest in employee growth but do not follow through unless you are in operations or sales. Nepotism is key for success within this company, it's not what you know or how well you perform here. The core values are only for show, they do not hold true to them.
